The NDPC's Brett Narloch was quoted in a recent article Bismarck Tribune article about the cost of running the state legislature. Here is the quote:
Brett Narloch, with the conservative North Dakota Policy Council, said he doesn’t have a problem with the Bismarck-Mandan legislators, all Republicans, taking mileage because costs like this are a small drop in the bucket.
“I’d rather have them vote better than not take a reimbursement,” he said. “Their hypocrisy is not in taking that money, it’s in saying they’re conservative when they’re not.”
