This letter by NDPC director Brett Narloch appeared in the February 16th edition of the Bismarck Tribune.

As the organization that sponsored Dr. Margo Thorning's study on cap-and-trade's effects on North Dakota's economy, the North Dakota Policy Council finds many points of strong disagreement with Jim Kambeitz's Jan. 31 letter to the editor regarding his perceived lack of energy leadership in North Dakota.
